I have always been the person who would prefer anything over a good workout!  I am excited to say that with Justin’s continued support, encouragement, challenging and different classes I now prefer his workouts over anything else.  So many amazing things have changed within my body since I started boot camp.  The obvious is that I have lost a solid dress size and my family, friends and co-workers keep telling me that I look great.  The subtle changes like a better posture, a lowered pulse rate, increased core strength and flexibility, glowing skin and lowered stress and anxiety are the changes that keep driving me to attend Boot Camp.  I am sure you may wonder if this is the right program for you.  If you want to get fit, meet amazing women, and have a motivational and caring instructor named Justin Williams guide you on your personal journey of self discovery than this is definitely for you.

CarlaAdventure Fitness Texas is an amazing experience!  It pushes me to limits that I never knew existed, but in a good way.  The trainers change things up from day to day; keeping it super challenging, yet fun and effective.  The group setting provides an opportunity to work out harder than I thought I could, while meeting new people and having friendly competitions with them and myself.  I would recommend Adventure Fitness Boot Camp for anyone - regardless of your current fitness level.  It is so much fun and completely addictive!!

I have been an Adventure Boot Camper for 9 months and keep going back for more!  This is the first time I’ve stuck with an exercise program this long and am very pleased with the results!   The trainers are serious, knowledgeable and careful about form and safety. They have motivated me to push myself further than I have ever done on my own.  My health and fitness have reached another level, not to mention a major reduction in my mental and emotional stress.  The camps are beneficial, convenient, and most of all, FUN!

KathyHere I am at my daughter’s wedding, which was in June of this year. I had worked hard the months before to lose about 20 pounds by dieting and exercising.  As soon as the wedding was over I quit dieting and quit exercising, and guess what – the weight started coming back. Does this sound familiar to anyone?!?  I saw something in The Villager about Adventure Fitness Texas and thought I would give it a try. I have just completed my first camp and I love it. There are women there of all ages and fitness levels, but we are all encouraged to do the very best we can. We do something different every day so it doesn’t get boring. I like it so much that I have just signed up for the Platinum Membership for 2009 and look forward to staying fit for the whole year and the year after that!

I'm a 56-year-old who was out of shape and on the way to letting my weight get out of control.  I saw the Adventure Fitness Texas ad in a magazine and decided that I needed to sign up immediately.  I found women of all ages, shapes and sizes who were there for the same reasons as me - to get in shape and feel great again.  I found a program designed to fit everyone's own pace, but yet very challenging.  After four weeks of hard work, I had the following results: I lost 1/2 in the bust, lost 2 inches at the waist, lost 4 ½ inches in my hips, 2 inches in my thighs, 3 1/2 inches in my calves, and much more -  a total of 13 ½ inches lost!  What incredible results!  I am signing up for the next Adventure Fitness Boot Camp so I can continue to feel great!  I would recommend this program to anyone.  Adventure Fitness has jumpstarted an exercise program that has motivated me to continue to exercise, and to take control of my health again.

I have had gym membership, personal trainers, and equipment at home for years. I would use them and get some benefit, but NatalieI had not found anything that I really enjoyed and would stick with for the long term. A friend invited me to boot camp, and Idecided it was time to get serious about fitness. I wanted to set a good example for my kids. After attending and finishing my first camp I knew I had found what would work for me. Now I am on my fifth Adventure Fitness Boot Camp.  Justin does a great job motivating you to do your best and get results. He reminds us it’s at our own pace, but to always improve.  Every boot camp is different so you never get bored. I always feel comfortable because it is just women. We all share a common goal, and help to motivate each other. Boot camp has given me a lot of energy and I have seen great results in my body composition as well.

The Adventure Fitness Texas is simply the best! I particularly like the variety of activities and the sense of fun that's built into the program. I have to admit I was a little skeptical about something entitled "Boot Camp". I envisioned a lot of yelling and not the most nurturing environment. However, since day one of camp, I have been nothing but thrilled to wake up and hang out with my newly acquainted friends. After two camps, I have learned so many new exercises that have stirred muscles I didn't know I had! The biggest change for me has occurred in my arms, hips and abs. I feel so much more lean and firm. I'm into a size 4 and my energy level has seen a significant boost. So, whether it's interval training with weights or yoga and Pilates, I look forward to every morning's new adventure.

Wow! What can I say about Boot Camp. I can say so much I don't know where to begin. I am 32 years old and have tried many different things to try and get myself into shape. Including working out with a personal trainer that cost me A LOT of money and just ended up hurting my knees. When I thought about doing Boot Camp, the idea of getting up to work out at 5:30 in the morning freaked me out a little. Well, I am currently involved in my second camp. After the first 4 week camp, I noticed a difference in my body composition that I never had prior. I have never really had a weight problem, yet was never really toned either. My legs and butt were on the flabby side, and as I get older, I noticed it getting worse. Right now, I feel so good in my clothes - I can't believe it. People have noticed a change in my body. My hips had started getting little fat pockets on the sides and those are GONE! I am amazed at the results of the training that I have received.  I love boot camp and love what is happening to my body as a result of it!
